The Ford GT was sitting all alone on the lot when we arrived at the show, best part of getting there early. The Fabulous Fords car show is one of the best shows in Southern California because of the history that comes with this show. From Model T & A’s to Mustangs old and new the show is a great place to find all of the Ford’s line-up. Find you speed and enjoy the rides.

The classic ride has so much to offer especially when it comes to paint. Pin the stripe with blue tones was the awe-inspiring rule when the camera took the close up. Attending car shows has been a fun adventure but sometimes it's not about the classic its about the paint.
The Los Angeles Fair is in town, one of the attractions, the Route 66 Highway. Throughout the venue bits of the historic highway work the theme into the fairgrounds. Check-out the Millard Sheets Museum artistic wall impressions and the NHRA Motorsports Museum for car racing history. The Los Angeles Fair is open until September 23, 2018, don’t forget to check for the many civic opportunities that will get you In for free.

The Classic in shades of Blue
Going to car shows is always a fun adventure. Sometimes getting the perfect shot without too much refection can showcase history. This classic was sitting against the wall and the lines are perfection. Going through years of our car show history, taking a second look at classics lost in the bundle of too many car show photos.

Singing the blues, car show classics rule.
The Ranchero & the blue q is all about the car show experience. Heading out to a car show for viewing or joining in with our classic is fun, family friendly entertainment. There are so many different standards for a car show but the custom show that fits into a neighborhood or car club offer the best opportunity to enjoy the ride because they are usually free for the viewers. Big car shows that charge fees can making it less family orientated because the parking and entrance fee has a high cost level. When we first started going and attending car shows the difference between a neighborhood show and a big venue show stood out. Some shows charge to get in, where some charge for parking and a fee to get in. We are going to start adding little notes to our car show selection about what to expect at car shows we have attended. After Jake, our dog was banned from a neighborhood car show that was free for viewing it looks like maybe a little extra notes might come in handy for those of us who drag our dogs everywhere and for the folks who may not know you have to pay to park. So we are adding notes and any additional information we can pass on regarding car shows from parking and entrance fees, to dog friendly shows. Attending a car show is a lot of fun but knowing what to expect when attending a car show especially if you have to pay to park & pay to get in vs free.
