Grand National Roadster Show 2022

Always the best, the Grand National Roadster Classic Car Show 2022

The Grand Nationals Roadster Show is back, and the car show did not disappoint. Unfortunately, getting in was a little bit crazy, and the mask ordinance was off the mark, so shooting the car show inside the building was difficult at best. Hopefully, next year the classic car show will be a little more organized, but the rides, well, they were beyond amazing.

The steering wheel takes control

By the late 1800s, the steering wheel was a standard feature, often embellished with layers of chrome, wood, metal, plastic finishes, reflecting the signature of the ride from the inside.

Photographing steering wheels at classic car shows pulls you in with each design, slowly the wheel introduces the dashboard backdrop working in unison with color and style.

Check out The Wheel Collection at car-tografi where it is all about the parts.

Happy New Year 2022

Here’s to the Classic Ride

Happy New Year

We originally started the website as a focus for the ’65, then moved on to showcasing classic cars from the southern California car shows we attended.

The past two years made that impossible. However, car shows are starting to rev back up with the new year. Learning from the loss of our favorite car shows, we thought this would be a great time to move the website into a new space with a focus on the rides we have accumulated over the past ten years.

Some of the original pages are here but in a new format:

We moved the Ford Collections into Falcon Focus, where the Ranchero and the Ford Falcon line up with classics, emblems, and signatures.

Check out the Classic Lounge: an automotive source page from our car show experiences, starting with the 65 Ranchero Contributors-business who have touched our 1965 Ranchero from the engine to paint.

The First Ride

Introducing Classic Style- Starting with the original ride, the Ford Model T. The classic car can get lost in the lineup of one fabulous ride after another. Going through the archives to break down the classic into a new format focused on the make, model color, style.

All our favorite car shows are still here, and hopefully, we will be adding to the roster as the year progresses.
Happy New Year
